I began the night in my craft room / office in prayer, with the intention of ending in a bible study. What I noticed immediately is that God had prepared me to go deeper in my prayer.
As I prayed with more spiritual words, I caught or received a vision.
The way I am able to describe how I get visions is like a slow moving picture. There is never anything happening in the background. It’s almost like the scene out of a play, with no words or sound. The images appear, move and “tell a story”, but there are no captions, subtitles or words of any kind. Once the vision gets going, or each section of the vision, I am able to immediately know or understand what things mean. This is the work of the Holy Spirit. By the time the vision ends, I have a full picture and understanding of the translation.
This is not the first time I have received a vision. It’s happened since I was a teen (18+), and have been a part of my life since I can remember. I never knew what they were until I moved to FL 15 years ago and started to learn more about spiritual gifts. I didn’t know they were God given, I didn’t know they were a message from God and I certainly didn’t know they were prophetic. That word “prophet” or “prophetic” did not exist in my vocabulary until about 15 years ago.
Whenever this happens I almost never realize it’s a vision until after a couple of “pictures” go by. In the past I’ve mentally asked God to forgive me for “thinking” of other things while I was praying, but I finally learned it was coming from Him. Reminds me of Samuel.
This is an account of the vision I had on 2/4/21. I wrote it in my journal and prayed about it. I want to make sure that what I understood from the vision is 100% God-given and God-translated. I want to also be 100% sure when / if He wants to me share.
The very next church service we had after this vision an Evangelist visited our church and delivered an on-time message. Included in that message was God confirming to me that it was time to share the things He shows me. As a warning, edification and empowerment for His church, but also for His glory.
Before I share the vision, I want to be clear that I don’t prompt myself to have a vision. I don’t pray seeking it. It just happens when it happens. Mostly when I’m praying, but sometimes when I’m worshiping also. I am fully awake and aware of my surroundings.
On this night, (approximately 11pm - 11:10pm ET), in the middle of praying a scene popped in my head. I tried to make sure I keep focused on the scene and I continue to pray in the spirit. I want to be fully attentive, but also still connected to God in spirit, and focusing on Him as the message / vision or picture continues.
I saw an eagle and a snake. I saw the snake rise up or elevate itself to attack the eagle. Whenever the snake moved towards the eagle’s direction, the eagle would swiftly move up and escape the snake bite / attack.
I then looked around the snake and realized there were other snakes; some smaller and others equal in size. They were coiling and slithering around at the bottom of a globe.
This was when I noticed that the eagle was on top of the globe, and its claws were gripped tightly on to the globe.
Again the main snake tried to reach up and launch at the eagle, and this time I was able to see that the eagle would let go of its grip of the globe to rise up away from the snake, but it lasted a split second and quickly the eagle would return to holding the globe. I understood, at this point, that the reason the snake was attacking the eagle was BECAUSE of the grip the eagle had on the globe.
The way I “understand” things in a vision without words or sounds or a narrator is that I just “know”. The knowing is something the Holy Spirit deposits into my mind. I don’t know another way of explaining it.
Suddenly, I see 3 eagles on the globe in unison movement. Wings spread, claws clenched and ready to rise. As they got ready to lift off with the globe, the main snake grew larger and transformed or morphed into a cobra. He was upright and larger than the globe.
Suddenly, as the globe begins to be lifted up by the 3 eagles, on the scene appears what we would consider the symbol or icon for “death”. Image of a human form all in black, with a dark unrecognizable face and dark hood / cloak. He had an axe in his hands. He draws the axe back, gearing up to strike hard as he aimed for the globe. I understood that he was trying to aim as high on the globe’s surface as possible. I didn’t see it, but I just “knew”.
I also understood that “Death” knew the 3 eagles were about to take off with the globe and “Death” and the snakes were trying to snatch part of it.
“Death” finally took a swing at the globe, and as he aimed high, the 3 eagles quickly jolted up causing the axe to fall not only low on the surface of the globe, but also at an angle. The bottom of the globe fell into the swarm of snakes / pit of snakes, and the 3 eagles spread their wings in unison and took flight with 2/3 of the top of the globe.
Vision ends.
Immediately I understood this to be the rapture of the church. Satan, being the snake & his demons. The eagles being The Holy Spirit, Jesus & God working together in the last days to grab a hold of as many people as possible that can be saved.
The initial eagle is the Holy Spirit who was sent to earth to comfort us, help us pray, guide and teach us. The snake(s) is the enemy and demons They know their time is short and there is a spiritual war happening for the inhabitants of the world. Just as Jesus is about to rapture the church, there will be a sudden jolt of the presence of God (revival), that will bring more lives to Jesus. The enemy will try to keep as many people on earth, but will lose some right before the rapture.
No date was seen or mentioned in the vision, only the moving pictures.
I believe we are living in the final days/months/years. Jesus is coming for His Bride. There is going to be opposition and confusion. There is going to be distraction and false gospels. Be sure you are connected to the teaching of sound Gospel-preaching men and women of God. Whether they are your neighbor or a TV Evangelist. Allow the Holy Spirit to give you discernment and study the word of God so that you know and learn what is truth and what is false.
We need to be sure we are living right in the eyes of God. The only way to make that determination is by reading and studying the word of God, with the guidance and leading of the Holy Spirit.
I pray this will help you or someone you know understand how important a real relationship with the Father is. Enough pretending, let’s get deeper in our walk.
Mark 13:32 - “But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.”

Daniel 12:1 - “At that time Michael, the great prince who protects your people, will arise. There will be a time of distress such as has not happened from the beginning of nations until then. But at that time your people - everyone whose name is found written in the book - will be delivered.”
Luke 17:34-37 - “I tell you, on that night two people will be in one bed, one will be taken and the other left. Two women will be grinding grain together; one will be taken and the other left. ‘Where Lord?’, they asked. He replied, Where there is a dead body, there the vultures will gather.”
